PayPal acts a a clearing agent between online vendors like us and on-line consumers like you. It provides a layer of security that is absent when making purchases directly. PayPal protects us by verifying consumers are who they say they are and protects you by acting as your agent allowing you to complete control and audit your payments made to vendors when making purchases on-line.
 
When purchasing a subscription from us on-line you have total control of the payment process, not us. Your financial information is not available to us. You simply authorize PayPal to pay us on your behalf.
 
If you don't wish to use PayPal we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
 
Subscribing to our Trading Desk sessions is managed through the "Membership" tab under the "My Account" menu.
 
Under the "Membership" area you can subscribe or cancel your current subscription.
 
Also note, you can view your past orders under the "Orders" tab unser your user account as well.

Our Trading Desk is a live, desktop sharing session where Rob shows the stocks as the form different techincal patterns and calls out  trades based on those patterns. It is meant for traders who have a strong understanding of techical trading strategies and want to transact on a daily basis. Sessions start pre-market and continue throughout the trading day.
 
The Trading Desk is not meant for those who do not understand basic charting techniques or who do not understand technical trading.
 
We offer a weekly webinar on Monday nights tailored to the investor, or traders who make longer-term trades.
 
 
If you subscribe to Rob's Monday night investor webinar series through Traders Reserve you are entitled to access to our Monday night investor webinar series content posted on smithsintheblack.com.

If you decide to cancel your subscription while you still have time on your subscription period, your subscription will continue until the end of the subscription period and then terminate upon its completion. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions canceled while there is still time remaining on a subscription period.
 
 
All subscriptions come with a 5 consecutive trading-day money back guarantee. You can cancel at any time during the 5 days and we will refund your initial subscription. In the event you cancel after the 5 day period your membership will continue for the balance of the days remaining and will terminate on its own at the end of the term.
 
You can also buy a day pass and view all our newsletter content over a 24 hour period.

Your subscriptions are managed under the "My Account" section of the web site. If you cancel within 5 consecutive trading days and are entitled to a refund it will be processes within one business day.
 
Please note: monthly subscription refunds are only available to your initial subscription to a new product. Multiple refunds are not permitted. Only one refund per user per product type on an inital subscription.
